The payment conditions at "Garmen Hills" complex are structured to ensure flexibility and convenience for our guests. Here are the details, divided by season:

From September 23 to June 30:

Advance Payment: 50% of the total amount for the stay must be paid in advance via bank transfer as a reservation guarantee.
Remaining Amount: The remaining 50% is paid upon departure from the complex, with the option to pay in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation/refund:   
In case of cancellation, Garmen Hills will reimburse in the following conditions:
-100% of the payments received will be reimbursed in event of cancellation at least 20 days before the start of rental.
- 50% of the payments received will be reimbursed in event of cancellation between 10 and 19 days before the start of rental, except a particular agreement between the customer and Garmen Hills.
- 25% of the payments received will be reimbursed in event of cancellation between 05 and 09 days before the start of rental, except a particular agreement between the customer and Garmen Hills.

From July 1 to September 22:

Advance Payment: 35% of the total amount for the stay is required as an advance payment via bank transfer at the time of booking.
Second Payment: The remaining 65% must be paid 40 days before the check-in date, also via bank transfer.

Cancellation/refund:   specific conditions high season
In case of cancellation, Garmen Hills will reimburse in the following conditions:
-100% of the payments received will be reimbursed in event of cancellation at least 40 days before the start of rental.
- 75% of the payments received will be reimbursed in event of cancellation between 30 and 39 days before the start of rental, except a particular agreement between the customer and Garmen Hills.
- 50% of the payments received will be reimbursed in event of cancellation between 20 and 29 days before the start of rental, except a particular agreement between the customer and Garmen Hills.
- 25% of the payments received will be reimbursed in event of cancellation between 10 and 19 days before the start of rental, except a particular agreement between the customer and Garmen Hills.
