Check-in and Check-out
Your adventure at "Garmen Hills" begins at 2:00 PM on the day of your arrival and continues until your departure from the premises by 11:45 AM at the latest. If you desire a late check-out, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your request depending on availability.
Parking
For your convenience, we offer illuminated parking about 100 meters from the complex entrance. Guests staying in the "Blue View" and "Green View" chalets will enjoy private access from the parking lot to the house via a charming bridge. Guests at the "Greek House" and "Old House" are recommended to use the main entrance (the black wrought iron gate).
Communal Spaces
At "Garmen Hills", we value the peace and natural beauty surrounding our complex. We encourage all our guests to share these values and to treat others with respect and understanding during their stay.
Noise and Music
It is important to be considerate of others and maintain a moderate noise level throughout the day and evening. To ensure all guests can enjoy the tranquility "Garmen Hills" offers, please do not play music outdoors and around the pool area.
Pets
At "Garmen Hills", we love and welcome the presence of your four-legged friends! We understand how important they are to your special moments and memories, so we offer a hospitable place for them when you rent a house in our complex.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome from October 1st to June 30th. This period has been chosen with the comfort and safety of both your pets and other guests in mind.
Owner Responsibilities:
When enjoying the communal spaces in the complex or when other guests are outside, please always keep your pets on a leash and under your direct supervision. We ask you not to leave your pets unattended in the house when you are out on a walk or elsewhere outside the complex. This helps avoid potential damage or stress to the animals.
The Old House
The house is built with traditional techniques and materials, and it does not have modern soundproofing. In this regard, we request our guests to be particularly mindful of the noise they generate, especially during evening and nighttime hours, to maintain peace and comfort for all guests at the complex.

It is important to be considerate of others and maintain a moderate noise level throughout the day and evening. To ensure all guests can enjoy the tranquility "Garmen Hills" offers, please do not play music outdoors and around the pool area.

Personal Responsibility: Using the fireplace is your personal responsibility. Please make sure you are familiar with the rules and techniques for safely lighting and extinguishing the fire.
Extinguishing the Fire: It is important that the person who lit the fire fully extinguishes it before leaving the room. This prevents the possibility of fire or other incidents.
No Night Fires: Leaving the fire burning overnight is strictly prohibited. Extinguishing the fire before going to bed is mandatory to ensure your safety and the peace of other guests.
Firewood Delivery for Fireplaces and Barbecues
Fireplace:
At "Garmen Hills," we know how important it is to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a lit fireplace. That’s why we offer a special firewood delivery service to make your stay even more pleasant.
Offer: We provide firewood for the three fireplaces in the complex – the Old House, “Blue View” villa, and “Green View” villa.
Price: For 20 BGN / €10.23, you will receive a full basket of quality dry wood, small kindling logs, and fire starters, delivered directly to your villa.
Barbecue:
The joy of outdoor cooking is an integral part of your stay at "Garmen Hills." Each house in the complex has its own barbecue.
Use of Charcoal: To protect nature and ensure everyone’s safety, please use charcoal for your barbecue, not the property’s firewood. This helps maintain air quality and prevents the risk of fire.
Charcoal Supply: You can purchase charcoal from a shop located not far from "Garmen Hills" for your convenience and easy access.

At "Garmen Hills," we aim to provide a fully relaxing experience for our guests. Our facilities include a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, perfect for refreshing moments under the sun.
Opening Hours: The pool is open daily from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with hours subject to change depending on the season and weather conditions.
Safety: Please note that the pool is unsupervised and has a depth of 1.85 m, making it unsuitable for children who cannot swim. Parental supervision is essential for children in and around the pool.
Hygiene: To maintain high hygiene standards, please use your own towel on the loungers. Towels provided in the rooms are for indoor use only.
Pool Cover: Please do not touch or move the pool cover, as it is used to maintain water cleanliness and temperature.
Jacuzzi
For those seeking deeper relaxation, our jacuzzi offers the perfect setting to unwind and recharge.
Reservation: To ensure your comfort and privacy, the jacuzzi is available by prior reservation only. You can book through our website or contact us directly.
Price: 40 BGN / 20.45 € for a 45-minute session.
Location & Access: The jacuzzi is located at the back of the Greek House, with access through its main door.
Hygiene Requirements: Please use the shower located right next to the jacuzzi before entering to maintain cleanliness and hygiene for all guests.

"Garmen Hills" offers you the unique opportunity to enjoy pétanque – a game that has become one of the symbols of France. It’s a fun activity that combines skill, strategy, and friendly competition.
How to Play: Feel free to contact us to receive the necessary playing equipment. Our staff will provide everything you need and explain the basic rules of the game.
For All Ages: Pétanque is suitable for guests of all ages, offering fun and relaxation outdoors.
Bicycle Rental
