It features a bedding arrangement that includes one large double bed (1.6 x 2m), three single beds (0.8 x 2m), and a sofa bed with two separate loungers (0.8 x 2m), each with a mattress of French quality, ensuring a comfortable and restorative sleep.

To ensure optimal comfort throughout all seasons, the villa is equipped with a water-air pump and underfloor heating, supplemented by three adjustable convectors for each living space. Solar panels contribute to the efficient production of hot water, and an in-built fireplace made of local stone adds an extra feeling of coziness and warmth.

The villa has two bathrooms, providing comfort and personal space for all guests. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, while the other offers a shower cabin.
