Villa "Green View" is a magnificent example of elegance and comfort, crafted in the style of a French chalet. Spanning 120 sq.m., the villa combines modern design with the pleasant atmosphere of home comfort, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and an open-plan kitchen.

In addition to its internal comfort, "Green View" also offers two covered outdoor terraces, which are the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the fresh air and beautiful nature. These terraces provide guests the opportunity to enjoy peaceful moments amidst nature, dine outdoors, or simply take in the beautiful view.

Capacity

Villa "Green View" is designed with the comfort and convenience of families or groups of up to seven people in mind. Here, guests will find spacious and comfortably arranged sleeping accommodations: one large double bed measuring 1.6 x 2m, three single beds measuring 0.8 x 2m each, and a sofa bed with two separate loungers, also measuring 0.8 x 2m each.

The heating in Villa "Green View" is developed with a focus on comfort and eco-friendliness. Besides the water-air heat pump providing underfloor heating and cooling, and three adjustable convectors for each bedroom and the living room, the villa also features a wood-burning fireplace located in the living room. This fireplace adds not only warmth but also a cozy atmosphere, making the evenings more pleasant and relaxing. The combination of modern heating technologies with the traditional charm of the wood fireplace makes a stay at the villa an unforgettable experience. Solar panels further contribute to the system's efficiency and eco-friendliness by providing hot water production.

Villa "Green View" offers two fully equipped bathrooms - one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a shower cabin, as well as two separate toilets. This ensures comfort and convenience for all guests, regardless of their number. The bathrooms are stocked with products from the high-quality organic cosmetics of the French brand Avril, chosen for their natural ingredients and effectiveness, providing gentle care for the skin and hair.

Guests of the villa will enjoy a range of amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, combined refrigerator/freezer, a 107 cm diagonal Smart 3D TV, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster.
