The heating of the Greek house is provided through a heat pump, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout all seasons. An inverter is installed in each room, offering the possibility for both heating and cooling, ensuring optimal conditions for stay regardless of the external weather conditions. This system not only improves the energy efficiency of the building but also provides guests with the opportunity for individual climate control in their rooms, contributing to their satisfaction and comfort throughout the year.

The Cleopatra and Orpheus rooms offer fully equipped and cozily designed en-suite bathrooms. The large dining table for 8 people becomes the center for gathering all guests, offering the ideal place for shared meals and conversations, especially if the house is rented entirely.

Through an open archway, with an elegant vault, one transitions to the kitchen, where every culinary adventure can begin. It is equipped with modern appliances and kitchen cabinets, filled with a variety of utensils - glasses, plates for water, wine, tea, and coffee, which facilitates the preparation of any dish. Additional amenities like a bar table with high chairs for four people, a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine complement the sense of home comfort. As a gesture of hospitality, Garmen Hills provide coffee and tea to their guests as a compliment.

Check-in at the house is after 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:45 AM. On this floor, you can choose between different accommodation options – from renting one room, which includes a separate floor, to the entire floor with two bedrooms, providing an ideal option for families or small groups. For larger companies or gatherings, there is an option to rent the entire house with four bedrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.
During weekdays, there is an option to rent just for one night.
